1 cup AP flour
¾ cup WW flour
2 tsp baking pwder
½ tsp salt
½ cup butter/margarine
¾ cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup mashed banana
½ cup sour cream/yogurt
¾ cup chopped nuts (optional)
Combine dry ingredients. Cream butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla thoroughly. Add flour mixture alternately with mashed banana and sour cream, combining lightly. Stir in nuts. Spread in greased 9x5 inch loaf pan. Bake in 350F oven 60 to 70 minutes until done.
