Beef Burritos

Ingredients

1 lb lean ground beef
1 med green pepper, chopped
1 ½ cup prepared salsa
1 can(12 oz) whole kernel corn, drained
1 tsp chili powder
8 soft flour tortillas
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1 med onion, chopped

Directions

Heat oven to 350 F. Brown beef with green pepper and onion. Drain fat. Stir in salsa, corn, and chili powder. Heat to boiling. Spoon down center of tortillas; roll up. Place, seam side up, in greased 13x9 inch baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 10 min. Serve with desired topping.
