Ingredients4 burrito size tortillas
1/3 cup butter, softened
6 Tbsp parmesan
4 oz provolone, thinly sliced
4 oz salami, sliced
4 oz ham, sliced
½ cup roasted bell pepper, sliced
4 oz mozzarella, shredded
pasta sauce
Lightly spread one side of each tortilla with softened butter; sprinkle with 1 Tbsp parmesan. Arrange one fourth each of provolone, salami, ham and roasted pepper over center of tortillas, leaving a border around the edges. Sprinkle with one fourth of mozzarella.
Fold up wrap fashion, placing seam side down on nonstick baking sheet. Brush with remaining butter; sprinkle with remaining parmesan. Bake 12-15 minutes at 400F until golden brown. Slice each stromboli in half on the diagonal. Serve with marinara or pasta sauce, as desired.
