1 cup cottage cheese
1 egg, beaten
¼ cup ketchup
2 Tbsp onion, chopped
1 Tbsp mustard
½ cup rolled oats
1 tsp garlic salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1 lb ground meat
1 tsp thyme
1 tsp marjoram
1/3 c Parmesan
Combine all ingredients except Parmesan. Press into ungreased 8” square baking pan. Bake 350F for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with Parmesan, bake 10-15 minutes longer until meat cooked. Drain, let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
