4 cups yams, cooked
1 Tbsp butter
3 Tbsp Maple Syrup
1 Tbsp butter
1 egg, beaten
¼ cup egg whites
½ cup milk
1/3 cup nuts
¼ cup brown sugar
1 Tbsp flour
Blend yams, butter and maple syrup. Beat in egg, egg white & milk. Pour into greased casserole. Combine nuts, brown sugar, flour and butter, sprinkle topping mix on top of casserole. Bake in 325F oven for 1 hour.
