Ingredients9 oz. fresh spinach plus carrots
¼ cup red onion, chopped
Dressing:
¼ cup vegetable oil
2 tsp brown sugar
Pinch of salt & pepper to taste
¼ cup fresh basil leaves
¾ cup mandarin orange sections, halved
2 Tbsp red wine vinegar
½ tsp dried oregano
Mix dressing well. Toss with salad & serve
