1. Boil water
2. Wash the vegetables
3. Break off branches
4. When the water is boiling, add the stalks first, then the leaves
5. Boil for 4 minutes
6. Remove from the water. Drizzle and toss with Sesame Oil
7. Drizzle oyster sauce
