Ingredients½ cup brown sugar
½ cup sugar
3 Tbsp butter, softened
1 egg
½ Tbsp vanilla
1 cup +1Tbsp all purpose flour
½ tsp baking soda
½ tsp baking powder
¼ tsp salt
½ cup oats
½ cup flaked coconut
½ cup Rice Krispies
Cream sugars with butter, egg & vanilla. Blend flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, oat and flaked coconut. Fold in Rice Krispies. Drop cookies onto baking sheet. Bake 350F for 10 minutes. Let cool before removing from cookie sheet.
