DescriptionHALF RECIPE
Moist cupcakes, can be frosted or unfrosted
6 Tbsp flour
¼ cup cocoa powder
¼ tsp baking soda
3/ 8 tsp baking powder
1/ 8 tsp salt
1 egg
¼ cup sugar
¼ cup brown sugar
2 Tbsp 2 tsp oil
1 tsp vanilla
¼ cup buttermilk or ½ tsp vinegar and add milk to make ¼ cup
ALL INGREDIENTS MUST BE AT ROOM TEMPERATURE.
Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
Mix egg, sugars, oil and vanilla in another bowl. Mix in ½ of the dry ingredients, then mix in buttermilk/soured cream. Finally mix in remaining dry ingredients.
Fill cupcake liners halfway, do not overfill.
Bake 350F for 18-21 minutes
