1 lbs orichiette
1 lbs Italian sausage (broken up can help)
4 cloves garlic minced
1-2 heads broccoli
red pepper flakes
parmesan
Break up and cook the sausage.
Cook pasta to 1 minute shy of al dente
Add some olive oil, garlic, and red pepper flakes. Add the broccoli. Spoon 1 ladle of cooking liquid and cover for at least 5 minutes
Add pasta with some liquid. put over high heat to emulsify. Add cheese as needed and add liquid to loosen. Top with olive oil. Serve
