1 lbs orichiette
1 lbs Italian sausage (broken up can help)
4 cloves garlic minced
1-2 heads broccoli
red pepper flakes
parmesan
Break up and cook the sausage.
Cook pasta to 1 minute shy of al dente
Add some olive oil, garlic, and red pepper flakes. Add the broccoli. Spoon 1-2 ladles of cooking liquid and cover.
Add pasta with some liquid. put over high heat to emulsify. Add cheese as needed and add liquid to loosen. Top with olive oil. Serve
