1 lbs orichiette
1 lbs Italian sausage
4 cloves garlic
1 head broccoli
red pepper flakes
Cook pasta to 1 minute shy of al dente
Break up and cook the sausage. Add some olive oil and the garlic. Add the broccoli. Spoon in some cooking liquid and cover.
Add pasta with some liquid. put over high heat to emulsify. Add cheese as needed and add liquid to loosen. Serve
