Ingredients2 4-6 oz filets
1/2 tbsp rice wine
1/2 tbsp rice vinegar
2 tsp grated ginger
2 cloves garlic crushed
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
Line pan with foil and spray with oil. Cut filets if needed. Season salmon with salt and pepper. Bake at 400 for 5 minutes. Flip, add 1/3 sauce, then bake until cooked to 120-130. Check pieces individually.
Serve with rice, rest of sauce, and veggies.
