Salmon With Garlic Butter and Tomato Pasta Recipe - NYT Cooking

Ingredients

1-3 lbs Steelhead Trout (cut into segments) OR other skin-on salmon filets
24oz (or 2 pints) cherry or other small tomatoes
Olive Oil
Kosher salt (such as Diamond Crystal) and black pepper

4 tablespoons unsalted butter
10 garlic cloves, finely chopped or grated
6 basil sprigs, plus torn leaves
1 scoop better than bullion
1 lbs angel hair pasta
2 tbsp butter

Directions

Prep garlic, boil 6 cups water
Preheat broiler to 475 with rack second from top
Spray the foil with Pam
Broil more like 10 minutes but check and remove pieces
